    Monitoring - Acquia has implemented a solution to resolve the issue that caused the interruption in the Acquia ticketing system which was preventing customers from creating support tickets. Our team is now actively monitoring the service to ensure full functionality is maintained. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
