    Resolved - Snowflake partial outage impacting Acquia Customer Data Platform (CDP) tenants hosted on AWS EU Prod has been fully resolved. All services are now operating normally, and we have observed stable performance since mitigation steps were completed at 15:59 UTC. No further issues have been detected, and all impacted processes have fully recovered.

    Monitoring - Snowflake partial outage impacting Acquia Customer Data Platform (CDP) tenants hosted on AWS EU Prod has been resolved. Snowflake has completed mitigation steps as of 15:59 UTC. Impacted customers may have experienced delays in daily data refreshes, as well as failures in campaigns and reports, between 02:55 UTC and 15:59 UTC. All major processes are now recovering, and we are closely monitoring services to ensure continued stability.

    Resolved - Earlier today, an outage affecting Cloudflare services (including their status page, dashboard, and API) caused temporary access issues for Acquia-hosted websites and related services. During the disruption, some users were unable to reach their sites.

    Cloudflare has since resolved the issue, and normal service has been fully restored. We will continue to monitor for any further impact.
