Update - Acquia is continuing to investigate the issue on Cloud Next environments which is causing mysqldump commands, including via drush sql:dump and drush sql:sync, to fail. Automated daily and Cloud on demand backups continue to function normally.
Acquia anticipates a platform fix to this issue will be rolled out today.

Resolved - Acquia detected an outage in our Stack Metrics availability in the Drupal Cloud UI. This was caused by a failure in external metrics ingestion. The duration of this incident was from 10:32 UTC - 12:38 UTC. During this time, Stack Metrics in the Acquia Cloud UI would have been unavailable for some customers.
This incident is now resolved and services are operational at this time.
