Acquia has identified the cause of an interruption of service affecting the purging of content from load balancers for Acquia Cloud Next customers in the US-East Region. A fix has been implemented and is currently in progress. An earlier statement incorrectly mentioned a restarting of load balancers. To clarify, the fix does not involve a restarting of load balancers. We apologize for the error and will provide additional information as it becomes available.
