At this time, remediations have been rolled out for all Cloud Next environments. We are continuing to monitor the earlier interruption of service affecting drush sql:dump and drush sql:sync.

We will provide additional updates when these services are fully restored.

We are continuing to monitor an interruption Cloud Next environments preventing mysqldump commands, including via drush sql:dump and drush sql:sync to fail. Automated daily and Cloud on demand backups are functioning normally.
We are working to remediate this now. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.

Acquia is continuing to investigate the issue on Cloud Next environments which is causing mysqldump commands, including via drush sql:dump and drush sql:sync, to fail. Automated daily and Cloud on demand backups continue to function normally.
Acquia anticipates a platform fix to this issue will be rolled out today.
