Acquia detected an outage in our Stack Metrics availability in the Drupal Cloud UI. This was caused by a failure in external metrics ingestion. The duration of this incident was from 10:32 UTC - 12:38 UTC. During this time, Stack Metrics in the Acquia Cloud UI would have been unavailable for some customers.
This incident is now resolved and services are operational at this time.
