Identified

We have identified the cause of the service interruption that is impacting Acquia Campaign Studio customers. The issue is related to an expired root certificate causing problems with one of our vendors. We are working closely with our vendor to resolve this service interruption as quickly as possible. Acquia Campaign Studio customers may see a delay in reporting bounces in the meantime. We will provide additional updates once services have been fully restored.
